There is inside space and outside space. There were the four bedrooms and the good thing is that you could control the temperature in each bedroom. The kitchen had all the appliances needed. The pool was great at all times. You just had to clean it a little bit if you did not want to swim with the small bugs. One suggestion is to use the hammocks at night to look at the stars in the sky. read less

It's very centrally located, not far from beaches, groceries, many great restaurants and beautiful sights of Aruba. Julie met us right away and was available if we had any questions but really didn't need anything during our stay, everything was great. The house is super spacious with a lot of room for a family, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals or hang out. The gym is such a nice bonus. The backyard is incredible with a great table for eating meals, chairs for sunbathing or just relaxing on the hammocks or couches. The pool is really great, the temperature is perfect, it's clean and my kids loved swimming in it every day. We also appreciated the laundry machine and dryer, which work really well, and the hooks all around to hang towels or swimsuits outside - a small but helpful addition when traveling with kids. We also appreciated the available beach chairs and some of the leftover pool floaties. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Aruba with a family, this is it! We fell in love with the island of Aruba and can't wait to come back and stay again at Casa Galpy. read less

All the beaches you would want to visit were only a 10 minute drive from the house. The house itself was spacious and very accommodating for my family of 8 without issue. Having the pool in the back was a huge plus for being able to cool off on the hot days or just lounge around. Julie (the local host) also provided great tips and was always available to help out with any issue or questions we had. I will definitely be recommending this stay to all of my friends and family. read less

Best Aruba property ever We have been to Aruba 15+ times. Casa Galpy has it all - space, location, quiet, cleanliness, fun, etc. The owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed this house very much.

Gym and library were great bonus. It’s about 6 minutes drive to Eagle beach, 5 minutes drive to SuperFoods for food shopping.
House is centrally located and all Aruba’s highlights are within 5 to 40 minutes drive.
All 8 people had enough space and loved coming back to the house from the beach or exploring the island.
Neighbors are local and had a few late parties so if you are a light sleeper grab ear plugs.

Place is clean. Literally 5 min away from everything. Julie our host was great and if I needed anything she was there in a flash. No complaints here.

It was comfortable, had all the supplies we needed, and was a nice place just to hang out separately and together. Plus it was only a few minutes' drive to any beach.
We recommend a car. It is easy to get around, but we did not try public transportation or taxis.
The internet was great. We did not turn on the tv so we don't know how that was.
The pool was a little cloudy and needed skimming, so we asked Julie, the concierge, about it and a short while later, someone was there to take care of the pool. It was great after that.
The only thing that was not so favorable was the house design with the high ceilings. It made for a loud living area which probably only mattered to us because we has a 3 month old baby with us. But the bedrooms were quiet.
If I return with my whole family, I would not hesitate to book this house again. read less

There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the appliances are all premium. And now the backyard, the pictures do not do it justice! There is a lot of space, chairs, a pool, hammocks, a seating area that can be lit up at night.... it's the perfect way to experience "One Happy Island". The property manager Julia... read morePat’s place is absolutely a gem!! Great value for the price. Three friends and I stayed here for a week for three of our birthdays and it was a treat! The property manager Julia checked us in and was extremely sweet and responsive; we were mostly in contact with her throughout the trip.

The house was cool and fresh when we walked in and you could tell it had just recently been cleaned. It was spacious and welcoming and each of us had our own rooms but also great space to gather.

The location was great for us; most things were less than 10 minutes away and easy to navigate. Besides the occasional neighbor’s dog barking, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There is also an alarm system which helped with the added security.

The backyard was perfect for relaxing and recovering after some eventful nights out. We were able to relax, grill, swim and have dinner out there. Be sure to pack bug spray! The pool lighting really added to the ambiance.

The AC units in each room provided some good cooling air but it wasn’t crazy hot so it wasn’t too bad. The beds don’t have comforters so we grabbed some throw blankets from the main area for some added weight and warmth at night. I would have preferred larger blankets but we made do. Other random things to note are that the washer and dryer came in serious handy when we needed to re-wear some clothes and the tap water is absolutely delicious!! This is coming from someone who almost exclusively drinks filtered and bottled water. We all loved it. The kitchen also has all the dishes you could possibly need as well as a good dishwasher for the nights you really chef it up.

So many good things that I almost forgot the only real complaint we had was that the shower water was only ever lukewarm. However, turn off the AC in the bedroom for a while and it’s not too bad getting out of the shower.

Overall, we’d gladly stay here again! read less

Super verblijf! Wij hebben enorm genoten, alles was aanwezig, voor ons een super vakantiewoning heel fijn, fantastisch!

The house is spacious, the furniture is stylish, clean and up to date, and the neighborhood is quiet. The backyard is an amazing oasis with hammocks, a pool, and beautiful landscaping. The layout of the house is great! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Julie checked us in and we loved chatting with her! She was so kind and did a great job showing us around the house.

Pat went above and beyond! She fulfilled a request that she did not have to do but wanted to make sure we were happy! She had superb communication before and during our stay. Pat worked with us on check in and check out times, allowing us to come before the check in time and stay later than the check out time.

The central location meant that we were only a short drive to many of the main shopping and food areas.
